The registration form consists of 4 steps:
- General Information about your organization / LAG. Remember that we need a funny picture of your team to be included in LINC 2015 brochure. You can upload your picture on LINC 2015 registration form or you can send it at info@linc2015.eu as soon as possible.
- About your organization: please, select your specialization areas.
- European buffet: type the regional products that you are going to bring in Maratea and choose your product delivery (spedition or delivery at check in at Grand Hotel Pianeta Maratea). Remember that the field “Regional Product 1” is required. You can bring any specialty of your region (cheese, fruit, fruit, wine, etc.)
- Partecipants: please, read workshop/fieldtrips and sports before registration. You can register up to 8 partecipants: if in your team there are more than 8 participants, please contact us at info@linc2015.eu
Fields to be filled in for each participant:
- First name, last name, date of birt, phone, gender, workshop/fieldtrips, sports, accommodation.
Remember that you can register up to September 12, 2015.
After registration, you’ll get a confirmation mail from www.linc2015.eu website.
Billing and hotel information will be sent to the registered organizations / LAGs the next days after registration.
Price per person on the basis of bed and breakfast / day
Single room: € 95,00* per night
Double room: € 62,50* per night
*The offer includes tourist tax
Grand Hotel Planet Maratea has 155 rooms. Please, if you can, choose the double room.
If the 155 rooms are already booked you can run the reservation and you will stay at Mini Apparments – Residence Pianeta Maratea (a few hundred meters away from the Grand Hotel Planet Maratea). The cost will remain the same.
Please remember to take the cost of accommodation into consideration.
On the registration form you will be asked the length of your visit and whether you would like a single or double room. We will book the rooms for you.

Conference fee + workshop/fieldtrip + catering + sport activities + dinners + bus + guide: 150 € /person - The term of payment for the invoice is 10 banking days.
- Cancellation deadline (no refunds): August 7, 2015
LAG La Cittadella del Sapere reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment has not been made before the deadline.

Please note! Registration for a workshop/fieldtrip will be closed when 60 people have registered.
This year the sports competition is under the motto “Sunshine competition”!
On Thursday 01st October, after breakfast, we will move by bus to Maratea Center (orienteering) and Fiumicello Beach (sport competition).
The teams will be formed before starting the competition.
After sport competition and orienteering we’ll have lunch (catering) at Fiumicello Beach and then we’ll come back to Hotel.
Please, bring suitable sports clothing and good shoes.
The European Buffet will take place on the evening of 01st October at Grand Hotel Pianeta Maratea. Mark 1 to 4 sweets or desserts your region will bring on the registration form.
Please bring specialities from your region: this can include sweets, cakes, biscuits of all types, cheese, jam, fruit and anything else that is suitable.
We would ask you to only bring desserts that don’t need to be specially kept cold or stored in any other special way. We also ask you to select dishes that can be served cold. You can also bring beverages if you wish. At your hotel, please hand the dishes or beverages over to check-in.
